Peak Campus to Manage Rittenhouse Station Student Apartments

Newark, Del.—Peak Campus has been awarded management of Rittenhouse Station Apartments in Newark, Del. The student housing property serves the University of Delaware (UD) and is located near its campus.
The 295-bed property offers a mixture of two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, townhomes and lofts. Each unit includes such features such as an Apple iPad, an Apple TV console, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and bamboo hardwood floors.
Common amenities include two basketball courts, a volleyball court, cardio center, shuttle transportation to campus, and 17,250 square feet of retail space. The property is in the process of being renovated to include a 24-hour clubhouse with study rooms, printing, a lounge area, and coffee bar. Along with clubhouse renovations, the cardio center will be upgraded and all apartments will be fully furnished.
UD’s total enrollment is more than 23,000 students, with more than 20,000 at its main campus in Newark. On-campus housing accommodates roughly 7,000 students.
Peak Campus, operating through a group of affiliated companies, is a property management and development company based in Atlanta, focusing on the student housing industry. The companies have developed over 15,000 beds of purpose-built student housing, and currently manage more than 47,000 beds nationwide.
