Palisades Park Condominium to Offer Golf Simulator to Residents

By Erika Schnitzer, Associate EditorPalisades Park, N.J.–Trio I, a 70-unit luxury high-rise condominium development, has launched P3 Pro-Swing, a $6,000 golf simulator for residents that provides players with a virtual golf course environment.”The virtual golf simulator has generated excitement from our resident golf players – it’s entertaining and convenient for them to practice their swing without having to visit an actual golf course,” said Sharla Sookdeo, Northeast marketing manager of Tarragon Corp. “It has definitely attracted positive attention for the community and allows us to stand out among our competition.”The machine’s 14 x 9 ft. screen includes a safety net to capture golf balls and a 4-ft. standing mat, putting strip and sensor pad.”We believe that Tarragon is on trend in terms of delivering gaming technology in our residential buildings–particularly in New Jersey,” said Sookdeo. “It is definitely something I think we’ll see more of in the future and will soon be catching on elsewhere. Virtual golf is an entertaining form of recreation that we are happy to offer at Trio.”Developed by New York-based Tarragon Corp., Trio Condos is comprised of three residential buildings. Trio I and Trio II each have 70 units.Each unit features hardwood floors, marble floors in the master bathroom, granite countertops, washers and dryers and stainless steel appliances. The Trio buildings also feature fitness centers, business suites, children’s playrooms and three-level self-park subterranean garages.Trio I offers one-, two- and two-plus bedroom units, available in 16 different floor plans. Additionally, there are seven penthouses. One-bedrooms begin at $380,000 and two-bedrooms begin at $485,000. The building is approximately 90 percent sold and Trio II recently opened for sale.The development is located minutes from the George Washington Bridge, providing easy access to New York.
