Allied Orion Group continues to expand its property management portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic. The Houston-based company has recently entered the Richmond market, where it will manage The Atlantic at Brook Run Apartments.

The Atlantic at Brook Run is an apartment community for seniors over the age of 62. It is located at 6000 Brook Rd., close to Highway 1 and adjacent to the Belmont Golf Course and the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. The property features 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, and numerous amenities, including a game room, resident activity program and media room. The surrounding area also offers plenty of retail, dining and entertainment options.

With the addition of The Atlantic at Brook Run, Allied Orion now has more than 25,000 apartment homes under its management throughout the United States. And the company doesn’t intend to stop here.

“We plan to have a sizable presence in the Mid-Atlantic region over the next couple of years and are fully committed to the success of our team members and the communities we have been entrusted to operate,” Kirk Tate, principal & CEO of Allied Orion, said in a press statement.
