Lender representatives from the area will present the seminar. A local certified public accountant will also be present at The Emerson at Village Centre sales office location to answer questions about personal financing issues.The event will conclude with model tours conducted at each community.”This is intended as a free, valuable educational opportunity during which attendees can discover all the distinct advantages to buying in the current market and owning their home,” says Bruce Adreani, president of Norwood Builders. The session includes details about the government’s new $7,500 tax credit for first-time buyers, the value of building equity and owning versus renting. In addition, the respective lenders will be discussing all the aspects involved in a mortgage and performing loan pre-qualifications for potential borrowers on site.
