NJBA Names Verdana Howell Community of the Year

Howell Township, N.J.—The New Jersey Builders Association has named Verdana Howell, a Howell Township, N.J.-based joint-venture partnership between Sterling Properties and AST Development, as its “Community of the Year” among rental communities in the Garden State, with average rent under $2,000.

In addition to that honor, Verdana Howell also picked up four other prominent awards at the organization’s recent sales and marketing ceremony: “Best Home with an Average Base Rent Under $2,000,” “Best Clubhouse/Recreation Amenities in a Rental Community,” “Best Sales Office for a Rental Community” and “Best Big Idea Award—Marketing Strategy for a Rental Community.”
