NAI Realvest Negotiates Three New Orlando Lease Agreements in One Week

NAI Realvest has carried out three successful lease negotiations for the Orlando metro area, all three within the past week.

The first lease consisted of 11,600 square feet of industrial space at the Poinciana CommerCenter West, located at 1780 Business Center Lane in Kissimmee. Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Maitland-based Poinciana CommerCenter West, LLC. The tenant, Deeja Foods, is already familiar with the property, as it had already signed another 13,600-square-foot lease at 1770 Business Center Lane earlier this year.

The other two lease agreements, for a Lake Mary and a Maitland property, make up for 2,124 square feet of Class A office space.

Senior Broker Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM represented the tenant RPO Management LLC in the lease of 1,002 square feet at Lucien Green, 2250 Lucien Way, Suite 270 in Maitland. Natany Bramingham, Inc. of Warrington, Pa., is the landlord and was represented by Nathan Eissler of Realty Capital.

In Lake Mary, West represented the landlord, Interchange-Primera II, LLC of Daytona Beach in a lease agreement with Stewart Title Company for suite 105 with 1,122 square feet in Primera Court II at 735 Primera Blvd. The new tenant, which was represented by Nan McCormick of CBRE, is relocating from Altamonte Springs. The 31,840 square foot Primera Court II is now 96 percent leased.
