MWest Holdings, Polaris Property Management Add New Talent

Los AngelesMWest Holdings, a real estate investment firm, and Polaris Property Management, the company’s property management subsidiary, continue their expansion with the addition of key members to their leadership teams. The new hires include Brighton Keck, MWest’s new asset manager; Jessica Martin, the new marketing manager for both MWest and Polaris; Jerry Diaz, Polaris’s regional maintenance manager; and Noelle Hirneise, MWest’s operations analyst.

Keck is a Los Angeles local with 12 years of experience in finance and commercial real estate. As a member of MWest’s asset management team, he will assist the director of asset management in all aspects of investment management. Keck will be responsible for preparing investor reports, analyzing financial performance of investments, reviewing annual budgets, and enhancing cash flow. His previous experience at PFK Partners and Morgan Stanley will help lead MWest in their national growth plan.

Martin will direct the new marketing strategies for both companies as they continue to grow and focus on their new vision of transformational development and innovative residential market expansion. Martin comes to MWest and Polaris with marketing experience, previously working as vice president of operations at Ranksharks and marketing coordinator of John L. Scott.

Diaz joins the Polaris Property Management team as their new regional maintenance manager. He will be responsible for overseeing and supervising all unit upgrades and maintenance in the Los Angeles apartment portfolio. Diaz comes to Polaris from The Olsen Company where he served as their assistant construction manager and oversaw all construction schedules for both single and multifamily housing.

Hirneise will assist the director of property management with the implementation and execution of strategies, programs, policies, and initiatives for all properties—both owned and managed. Hirneise will be a vital member of the operating team as they pursue financial targets, operating objectives, and overall profitability of portfolios. Her previous experience as a contract attorney at The Bendel Law Group and as a real estate analyst at DHGH Inc. will assist her with her new responsibilities as an operations analyst.
