Kislak, Inc., Burcky served as the area vice president of JMG Realty for the South Florida region, including Naples and Fort Myers, and managed approximately 1,500 units. He also served as regional property manager and asset manager for RREEF Management, where he oversaw 5,000 units; and vice president of operations for Savannah Gardens Inc., where he managed 2,000 units.
