In this position, Schmidt will be overseeing all facets of properties operations for FMG managed properties within the region, including properties in Texas, Colorado and Arkansas.Schmidt is the current President-elect of the San Antonio Apartment Association. She has more than 17 years of experience in multifamily property operations, most recently working for Lincoln Property Company for the past eight years.Merry Morgan Promoted to Group Coordinator of Keystone Management GroupIrvine, Calif.–Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. has promoted Merry Morgan from community association manager to group coordinator. She is based in the Irvine office. As community association manager, Morgan serves primarily in mentor capacity to selected team members, ensuring team cohesion and handling unique client needs.She is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), through which she has earned her certification as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM). The CCAM program was developed to establish and ensure standards of practice and professionalism in managing California community associations. Allied Building Products Corp. Promotes Bob Feury Jr. to CEOEast Rutherford, N.J.–Allied Building Products Corp. has promoted Bob Feury, Jr. as its new CEO, succeeding Michael Lynch. Feury, Jr., who since 2000 has served as Allied Building Products’ chief operating officer, has taken over for Lynch effective Jan. 1, 2009. Lynch, who served as CEO for the past eight years, will continue his involvement in the company as executive chairman. The role of chief operating officer will be replaced by two new division presidents; Donald Toth, president of exterior products and Ron Pilla, president of interior products. Bob Feury, Sr. will continue his role as general advisor and strategist with the new title of president emeritus.
