Pinnacle Appoints New PresidentSeattle–Pinnacle President and CEO Stan Harrelson has named Rick Graf as his successor. Graf is currently Pinnacle’s central region president, responsible for a management portfolio of over 60,000 multifamily units throughout the south central and midwestern regions of the United States.Harrelson will continue on in his role as CEO, guiding the company he started with John Goodman in 1980.”Rick’s appointment is an investment in Pinnacle’s continued role as an industry leader,” says Harrelson.Graf will continue to work out of Pinnacle’s Dallas office. A Certified Property Manager (CPM), Graf earned a real estate degree from Richland College in Dallas. He is also a regional vice president of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and has recently been elected vice president of the NAA Education Institute. CB Richard Ellis Promotes Hannum, TautePhoenix–The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has promoted Jack Hannum and Bryan Taute to the positions of senior vice president and first vice president, respectively. Jack Hannum has 10 years of commercial real estate experience and represents institutional and private capital clients in the sale of multifamily assets at the local and national level.Bryan Taute, a CBRE employee since 2000, is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including tenant representation, office building leasing, investment sales and land development.Advanced Management Group Appoints Controller Las Vegas–Advanced Management Group (AMG) has appointed Jeff Hedricks controller. In his new position, Hedricks will oversee the real estate management company’s accounting and financial reporting. Jeff joins AMG from Paul M. Healey CPA Ltd.
