Modern Spaces Named Leasing Agent for Astoria’s Newest Development
- May 14, 2015
New York—Tsilo Group has a new residential project coming to Astoria, Queens, and has chosen leading brokerage firm Modern Spaces as the exclusive leasing and marketing agent.
The Grove at 30-40 21st Street will offer 62 rental homes in studios, one- and two-bedrooms. Lifelong Astoria resident Greg Kyroglou of Modern Spaces will lead the leasing team for the building, with an opening date set this fall.
This is the second collaboration between Modern Spaces and Tsilo Group. The first project was a successful lease up of the 66-unit Icon 52 in Woodside, Queens.
“Modern Spaces is always tuned to the demands of the market in real-time, which is helpful when determining pricing for our units and other aspects of the development. We experienced great success with the firm’s work on Icon 52, and when we started thinking about The Grove, it was one of the first calls we made.” said George Tsilogiannis, founder of Tsilo Group.
At seven stories tall, The Grove is introducing new thoughtfully designed modern homes to Astoria. Units include a washer and dryer, maple hardwood flooring throughout and tilt and turn windows. Many residences feature private outdoor space. Kitchens showcase Italian cabinets and Caesarstone countertops. The spa-like bathrooms are designed with Duravit deep soaking bathtubs and rain head showers.
“We are proud that Tsilo Group has chosen us to work on its newest development. We know this project will be popular when it comes to market,” said Eric Benaim, CEO of Modern Spaces. “Astoria is a culturally diverse and established neighborhood with a true sense of community. The Grove will not only provide well-crafted homes to potential renters but also give them a chance to experience all that makes this area so special,” Kyroglou added.
Property amenities at The Grove include a gym, virtual doorman, package room and a landscaped rooftop with lounges and sun bathing areas. The community also offers bike and car parking as well as storage.
Residents have easy access to some of the greatest authentic restaurants and many great landmarks in Astoria such as the Museum of the Moving Image, Bohemian Hall, NYC’s oldest beer garden, and the Kaufman Arts District.
