Perrysburg, Ohio—Miller-Valentine Group is developing Harbor Town Landing, a four-story apartment community designed exclusively for adults 55 and over in Perrysburg, Ohio.
The Dayton, Ohio-based development company is getting support on the project from the W.S.O.S. Community Action Commission Inc., which supports local community improvement efforts in the area.
Located at 7120 Lighthouse Way, Harbor Town Landing will consist of one- and two-bedroom homes with contemporary floor plans, state-of-the-art amenities, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, brand new energy-efficient appliances, full-size washer/dryer connections, exceptional closet space, step-in showers and central air conditioning.
The pet-friendly community will include a fitness center, media room, clothes care center, business center and community room with a kitchen/dining area, which will allow residents to enjoy the companionship of friends and family.
According to Terry Callahan, Miller-Valentine’s vice president of residential property management, Harbor Town Landing will provide personal attention, and exceptional move-in and maintenance response commitment to every resident thanks to a professional onsite management team and 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
“After being in business for over 50 years, Miller- Valentine Group is still honored to bring high-quality housing at affordable prices to those who need it most,” Callahan says. “It is our privilege to touch and enhance the quality of living and give our residents piece of mind while living at Harbor Town Landing Apartments.”
Harbor Town Landing will begin accepting applications in November of 2014.
