Charlotte, N.C.—Master-planned communities are on the rebound across the nation, says Todd Ochsner, vice president, Brand Strategy, at Roni Hicks & Associates. Roni Hicks is a San Diego-based creative agency and consultancy that helps developers design, develop and market master-planned communities.
Master-planned communities in Texas have been least affected by the downturn, and ones in Florida are achieving sales that are 40 to 50 percent above projections, says Ochsner.
