Madison Equities Tops Out on Ultra-Luxury Condo Project where Residences are Priced $6M and Up

The glass building features modern design and offers nine large units, with a triplex townhouse, a duplex penthouse or a full-floor residence to choose from.The Audrey Matlock-designed project, which is currently under construction, is enveloped in a temporary windscreen exterior that will ultimately be replaced by expansive glass walls designed to flood each residence with an abundance of natural light when completed. Occupancy is slated for spring of this year. The first three floors of 57 Irving Place will be occupied by a three-story townhome. This 6,763-sq.-ft., four-bedroom five-and-a-half bath residence is defined by a classic center atrium as you enter, and a double-height living space overlooking a personal garden. The townhouse features a private garage, media lounge and fitness center with its own steam room. In addition, the townhouse features a private 30-ft. saltwater swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The five-bedroom duplex with over 600-sq.-ft. of outdoor space features a double height, 20-ft. atrium and a 50- by 55-ft. living room. The full-floor, three-bedroom residences have two alternate floor plans: either a larger dining area or a fourth bedroom with en suite bath. Each residence has key-locked, direct elevator access.The residences will feature gourmet kitchens that boast honed bluestone floors, custom cabinetry, granite countertops and brushed stainless steel appliances by Gaggenau, Viking, Thermador and Miele. Amenities include a package room, cold storage room, and private bicycle storage units that complement other in-home luxuries. Each apartment will come with a storage room. Prices for residences at 57 Irving Place start at $6.75 million.
