Atlanta—Midtown Atlanta’s tallest residential high-rise, The Atlantic, is attracting a lot of interest from potential renters. The community is the third acquisition of Class-A Atlanta real estate for Crescent Heights.

The Atlantic includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as two-story, 3,000 square feet penthouse suites. Apartments feature hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and walk-in showers.

Amenities for the community include a fitness center, clubroom with flat-screen TVs, catering kitchen, communal dining area, screening room and business center with iMac kiosks. There is also a clubhouse, pool and spa.

“There is a true ‘wow factor’ when you enter the building,” Yaakov Litvin, property manager of The Atlantic, tells MHN. “The amenities, the location, the views—The Atlantic has it all.”

One of the most appealing aspects of the art deco-designed building is its convenient access to Downtown Atlanta. The area often is the site for festivals and activities, such as the Dogwood Festival, the Atlanta Jazz Festival, the National Black Arts Festival, Virginia-Highland Summerfest, the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival and the Taste of Atlanta.

Additionally, the community is close to public transportation such as the MARTA system, which allows easy access to the Philips Arena and the Georgia Dome.

“The Atlantic is, without a doubt, the pinnacle of urban living in Atlanta, unparalleled in design, views, amenities and location,” Litvin says.
