Orange, Calif.LRES has expanded its sales team by appointing Mike Bye in the position of vice president. Bye will focus on the firm`s sales activities as well on establishing and managing client relationships.

Bye`s professional track record includes expertise in complex consultative sales and technology solutions, customer service and leadership. Prior to joining LRES, Bye added multiple refinance lenders to company portfolios. Additionally, during his time at a Jacksonville, Fla.-based provider of third-party bundled services and front-end lending technology platform, he managed a $10 million book of business and secured three Top 20 National accounts.

“Mike is in a position where he can leverage his extensive knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry into a competitive advantage for LRES,” Roger Beane, CEO of LRES, said in a prepared statement.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University.
