The property is leased and managed by Scully Co., a third-generation, family-owned multifamily real estate company.

Westfield 41 offers 160 garden-style apartments with one or two bedrooms, ranging from 787 to 1,182 square feet, as well as 32 townhomes, which are all 1,590 square feet with three bedrooms.

The clubhouse, which serves as a multi-purpose social area, features a stone fireplace, granite bar, expansive conference table, wooden cabinetry, modern art and free Wi-Fi. Besides chef demos, game nights and holiday gatherings that can be organized there, residents have the option of renting the space for private functions.

The fitness center offers residents strength training equipment, along with the exclusive ScullyFit Cardio Experience, which allows participants to work out while staying connected to social media and fitness apps.

Overall, the pet-friendly property blends the area’s country charm with contemporary homes and modern conveniences. Located just off of the Limerick exit of 422, Westfield 41 is ideal for those commuting to King of Prussia. The community is also situated just 2.4 miles northwest of Collegeville, 3.1 miles southeast of Limerick and 11.8 miles east of Pottstown.

“We understand that people don’t just choose an apartment. They choose a lifestyle. Westfield 41 offers a unique suburban living experience with an urban convenience twist,” Jessica Scully, president of Scully Co., said in prepared remarks.
