Hannover, Germany–International Campus AG will open a new student housing community in central Hannover on October 1, just in time for the 2015/2016 winter semester.

THE FIZZ Hannover is located in the city’s Nordstadt district and features 303 student apartments. The fully furnished units offer an average living area of 236 square feet (22 square meters), with modern shower rooms and kitchenettes. Rents start at about $465 (€405) and cover electricity, water and ancillary costs, as well as the use of communal facilities.

Amenities at the Kläperberg 11 / Ecke Hintere Schöneworth seven-story property include 37 parking spaces and 200 bicycle stands, a lounge, a shared kitchen, a study and seminar room, a central reception area with house manager service, a laundry and drying room and a landscaped inner courtyard with barbeque area.

Students here will also have easy access to the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität, Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Klinikum Hannover Nordstadt and the Max-Planck Institute. The S-Bahn Nordstadt station and An der Strangriede tram stop are situated within short walking distance from the community.

As one of Germany’s major economic and administrative centers, Hannover has a steady population growth.
