Lee & Associates has arranged the $9.5 million sale of The Regent Apartments, a 33-unit community in Los Angeles. The firm represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal.
Located at 9404 Regent St., the community is in the Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles alongside Interstate 10 and Freeway 187, around 10 miles from the city’s downtown and 7 miles from Santa Monica. Additionally, the community is situated near Palms Station Metro Line and the Culver City Metro Station. Besides these, the area offers many employment options in the tech and media industries.
The Regent comprises a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units, featuring gourmet kitchens with energy efficient appliances, stainless steel refrigerators and stoves, vinyl plank and hardwood flooring and patios or balconies. Communal area amenities include gated, subterranean parking spaces, controlled access, Spanish style courtyard and clothes care center.
“In addition to its transit-oriented location, proximity to a growing tech hub with expanding employment opportunities and walkable amenities, the property offered a rent upside of more than 30 percent,” said Ryan O’Connor, associate at Lee & Associates, in prepared remarks.
Earlier this year Lee & Associates arranged the sale of a 16-unit property in Pasadena, Calif.
