New York—Investment management and development company LCOR recently partnered with two internationally renowned artists to creatively enhance its recent Brooklyn development, 250N10. The 234-unit building has also recently surpassed the 95 percent leased threshold according to an email provided to MHN by a company that represents LCOR.

According the email, LCOR commissioned street artist Mr. Brainwash to design a unique exterior mural for the building, and tapped Chilean artist Sebastian Vargas to create art pieces for elevator banks on each floor of the building.

The central Williamsburg location inspired the Mr. Brainwash mural, which, according to the email, is a tribute to architectural pioneer and Brooklyn Bridge designer John Agustus Roebling, as well as his son, Charles Roebling, another bridge builder, and henry Hornbostel, who designed the Williamsburg Bridge.

Vargas’ works include 12 unique pieces and are displayed prominently on the interiors of the building.

250N10, which launched leasing efforts in May 2014 through apartment leasing and real estate marketing firm The Marketing Directors, offers a mix of spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plan options with contemporary design elements and upscale finishes including gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances and bathrooms with glass tile highlights.

The amenities package includes a café lounge with free Wi-Fi, television and complementary coffee near the building’s two-story lobby, as well as a landscaped courtyard, a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and weight room, a resident lounge with pool table and flat screen television, and a furnished rooftop deck with barbecue area. Residents also have access to 24-hour concierge services.

250N10’s location between Roebling and Union Avenues in Williamsburg boasts an ample supply of boutique retail shops, dining options, galleries and other entertainment venues. The nearby L train and NYC Water Taxi provide convenient access to Manhattan.
