New York—LCOR has released The Penthouse Collection at 25 Broad, an apartment community in New York. There are four units in the collection, two of which are already leased.
25 Broad, which was built in 1902, is a historic federally landmarked property in the Financial District in Manhattan, located close to the New York Stock Exchange. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, concierge service, a game room with Wi-Fi, a golf simulator, children’s playroom, a fitness center with yoga studio, concierge/valet serves and storage on every floor.
The penthouses in the community include a three-bedroom apartment with 937 square feet of outdoor space, a wood-burning fireplace, a multi-level terrace and a private shower off the living room. The second penthouse includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 1,446 square feet of outdoor space. The third penthouse is a multi-level space that includes one bedroom and one-and-a-half bathrooms with a separate laundry area. The fourth penthouse features a view of the NYC skyline and a master bedroom that includes an outdoor terrace and a two-room, walk-in master closet.

Pricing for the remaining penthouses are $9,500 for the two-bedroom apartment, and $18,000 for the three-bedroom apartment.
