Jonathan Lahn Joins WNC as Vice President, Originations

WNC, a national investor in real estate and community renewal initiatives, announced today that Jonathan Lahn has joined the company as vice president, originations.

Irvine, Calif.—WNC, a national investor in real estate and community renewal initiatives, announced today that Jonathan Lahn has joined the company as vice president, originations.

In this position, Lahn is responsible for sourcing and securing partnerships in low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties in the Southeast United States.

Lahn joins WNC from another nationally recognized tax credit syndication firm, where he was vice president, originations, responsible for LIHTC originations in the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas. In addition to co-founding a real estate firm specializing in tax credit properties, Lahn spent three years with a national tax credit syndication group where he was responsible for all aspects of the acquisition process from the company’s Charlotte, N.C. office. From 1996 to 2004, he served as director, asset management and director, acquisitions, for one the largest national banks involved in LIHTC investments. While there, he was responsible for the oversight of approximately $2 billion in LIHTC properties.

Lahn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
