Virginia Beach-based STIHL Inc. has retained the Hampton Roads office of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to sell or lease the International Industrial Center, an 870,000-square-foot property in Virginia Beach .

Located on a 62-acre campus at 2600 International Parkway, the IIC is part of the Oceana West Industrial Park. The building offers about 676,000 square feet of high-bay warehouse and manufacturing space as well as 100,000 square feet of mezzanine space. It also includes about 95,000 square feet of attached Class A office space, 60 dock doors with levellers, three oversized drive-in doors,  as well as 1,100 standard parking spaces and approximately 50 trailer parking spaces.

According to a statement from JLL, the facility is available for Foreign Trade Zone status as well for other state, city and port-related incentives. The property offers convenient access to the Port of Virginia, Norfolk International Airport and Interstate 64.

The JLL team handling the assignment includes Senior Vice President Deborah Stearns, Associate Director Gregg Christoffersen and Managing Director Mark Levy. “There are no other properties in the Mid-Atlantic Region offering this size and quality for immediate occupancy,” Stearns remarked.

Levy added, “With the expansion of the port and vacancy in the market’s Class A industrial product now down to 5.7 percent, we anticipate strong tenant reaction to this space availability.”
