J. Milton & Associates to Break Ground on New Project in Spring 2014
- Oct 10, 2013
Sunny Isles Beach, Fla.—J. Milton & Associates has announced that construction will begin on its newest project, Parque Towers at St. Tropez, in the Spring of 2014 in the beachside community of Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., just north of Miami.
The project, which will feature two 26-floor towers, has already sold “more than 100 units in less than three months” of being on the market, according to Lelia Taylor, sales executive for J. Milton and Associates.
The community will be located across the street from the new Mount Sinai Medical Center offices, as well as Gateway Park and near the three-towers that comprise J. Milton & Associates’ mixed-use St. Tropez Towne Center.
The ambiance of Parque Towers’ landscaped pathways and European-style piazzas and fountains will easily be matched by its host of six-star services and amenities, including a concierge service that will include theater and restaurant reservation scheduling, dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up and even jet charters and local appointments with top Miami physicians.
The long and distinguished amenities list features a private cinema and spacious performance theater with stage, as well as a private beach club that includes chaise lounges, beach umbrellas, towel service, personal attendants, along with food and beverage services. Resident guests will be able to enjoy on-property guest suites.
J. Milton & Associates has worked with the City of Sunny Isles Beach to get the contract to construct Gateway Park, which will be located a block from the ocean and is scheduled to be completed by Spring of 2015.
The park is slated to include family picnic areas, a cascading waterfall, a water-themed play area for kids, a butterfly garden and will be landscaped with tropical vegetation and heritage live oaks.
