ista North America Opens Regional Offices to Incorporate Energy Management, Improve Customer Service

Submetering and utility expense management company, ista North America, plans to transform itself into a customer centric, energy management organization through office expansion and the addition of Certified Energy Managers to its team.

Alpharetta, Ga.–Submetering and utility expense management company, ista North America, plans to transform itself into a customer centric, energy management organization through office expansion and the addition of Certified Energy Managers to its team.

ista will open offices in San Diego, Calif.; Denver; Houston, Texas; Jacksonville, Fla.; and Alpharetta, Ga. Each of these offices will focus on the products, regulatory issues, and customer needs within their respective time zones.

“Our new world-wide mission statement, ‘We help manage and save critical resources sustainably,’ reflects the new vision of ista in North America,” says Jason Hamby, executive vice president. Hamby continues, “Gone are the days of just being a submetering company and recapturing utility costs. We will continue our core offering of submetering water, gas and electric. Furthermore, we are moving beyond and providing ways to save on consumption and costs. We have worked hard in the last year to incorporate our state-of-the-art E:SO division capabilities and technology so that multifamily housing companies can  capture and bill utility costs while identifying and reducing energy costs for common areas and residents.”

In addition, Hamby shared details of the Energy Management Services now offered, “Our hiring of Certified Energy Managers to work at each of our offices will empower ista clients to optimize or reduce their utility expenses through innovative and progressive expertise.”
