A WaterWalk-branded Hybrid hotel-apartment complex is bound to enter the Raleigh market by March 2016.

A WaterWalk-branded Hybrid hotel-apartment complex is set to enter the Raleigh market by March 2016. The new property’s location is across from The Centrum at Crossroads Mall at the intersection of Dillard Drive and Jones Franklin Road.

“We have selected a thriving location for WaterWalk’s Raleigh debut, which closely follows our other site selection in Charlotte,” said in prepared remarks David Redfern, president of WaterWalk Real Estate & Franchise Development. “This property will have high visibility and prime positioning across the street from The Centrum at Crossroads Mall, a staple shopping area in the Raleigh community. The WaterWalk Hotel Apartments offer a variety of fully-furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom accommodations through WaterWalk’s Gold Package, providing guests a hotel experience and services. Free gym memberships, 24/7 shuttle and concierge services, in-room breakfast, housekeeping, DirecTV with premium channels, Internet, on-site storage, and convenient parking, are some amenities that come with the Gold Package.

Silver Packages will also be available for leases with a minimum stay of six months. The package offers unfurnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and a range of amenities such as the cost of utilities, Internet, telephone, a 186-channel premium DirecTV package and gym membership.
