Val D’Europe, France—Hilton Worldwide plans to develop its first dual-branded property in France. Located near Disneyland Paris in Val d’Europe, the dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton Val d’Europe will also be the first development of its kind in Europe.
Scheduled for completion in 2015, the two hotels will occupy 22,200 square meters (about 239,000 square feet) and provide a total of 250 guestrooms, with access to 190 parking spaces.
Hilton Garden Inn Val d’Europe will offer 154 guestrooms, with all day dining and bar facilities. Other features include a 24-hour fitness facility, a 24-hour business center with remote printing capabilities and complimentary Wi-Fi access, as well as the Garden Sleep System bed and ergonomic chair.
Hampton by Hilton Val d’Europe will offer 96 guestrooms along with all of the brand’s signature offerings that cater to the more value-conscious traveler. Amenities include free high-speed Internet access, free hot breakfast and a 24-hour snack area with light dishes.

To be introducing both brands to France at the same time and close to a world class tourist destination is extremely exciting,” Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior vice president of development, Europe & Africa, Hilton Worldwide said in a press statement.
The hotels will be part of the Val d’Europe Business Park, only about 25 miles from both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. Accessibility is also guaranteed by the high-speed TGV and Eurostar rail services from Marne-la-Vallée, Chessy.

Hilton Worldwide has had a presence in France for more than 45 years and currently operates seven hotels in Paris, Lyon, Evian and Strasbourg. In Europe, the company has recently opened three dual-branded hotels including Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport, Germany; Hilton and Hampton by Hilton at St. George’s Park, Burton upon Trent, UK; and Hilton Bursa Convention Center & Spa and Hampton by Hilton Bursa, Turkey.
