The three-story building will consist of approximately 55,000 rentable square feet and will offer 64 assisted living apartments and 32 memory care units. Common-area amenities will include:
- outdoor walking paths

- relaxation room
- on-site rehabilitation center
- beauty salon and spa
- outdoor terrace with a glass firepit
- piano bar
Solera’s new project will be located at 2453 S. Wabash St., on approximately three acres. Various dining, shopping and entertainment venues such as Cherry Creek North, Cherry Creek Shopping Center and the Cherry Creek Arts District are in close proximity to the property. Rosemann & Associates is set to design the property, which is scheduled for completion by 2019.
