Greysteel Adds New Sales Director to LA Team

Pettibone is charged with arranging sales and financing for private client and middle-market multifamily properties in several submarkets of Los Angeles.

Los AngelesGreysteel announced the appointment of Mark Pettibone as sales director with the firm’s Los Angeles Multifamily Investment Sales team. He will be in charge of arranging sales and financing for private client and middle-market multifamily properties in the Los Feliz, Hollywood, Silver Lake and Atwater Village areas.

“Mark’s skillset and experience make him a great fit for Greysteel. Pettibone’s real estate experience includes syndication, value-add development and brokerage services for investors and owners from a wide range of industries. He has served as a principal in renovation, management and construction of multifamily properties. Before Greysteel, Pettibone served Commercial Resource in Burbank, Calif., for a decade, managing a brokerage practice focused on commercial properties throughout Southern California.
