GLCF Announces Senior Vice President for Business Development

Indianapolis–Great Lakes Capital Fund (GLCF) recently announced the promotion of Fred Hash, a leader for the past 15 years in GLCF’s business development, to senior vice president of business development. Previously, Hash served as GLCF’s vice president/director of business development leading development partners from public and private sectors to complete Lincoln Apartments, a supportive housing development serving formerly homeless Veterans in Indianapolis.
In Hash’s new role, he will take on the task of selling GLCF’s product to development partners throughout the states of Indiana and Illinois. In congruence, Hash will continue to work with GLCF’s Capital Raising division to raise capital for the Indiana Community in addition to other areas.
Before his tenure with GLCF, Hash served as president of the Indiana Capital fund for housing before their merge with Michigan Capital Fund for Housing, to create Great Lake Capital Fund. Additionally, Hash held the position of community investment officer for 10 years at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.
