Garrison Completes Phase I of $100M Alafia Crossing

Garrison Developer Group of Florida has recently announced the completion of The Preserve at Alafia, Phase I of the $100 million multi-use Alafia Crossing project.
The Preserve at Alafia, the 351-unit waterfront luxury apartment community, is located at 10110 Gibsonton Drive, Riverview, adjacent to the 80-acre Alafia Preserve and 11 minutes away from Downtown Tampa; the complex consists of 159 garden-style luxury apartments with one-, two- and three-bedroom options, and 192 mid-rise luxury apartments with penthouse views of the Alafia River. The apartment community incorporates a clubhouse “on the river” and offers contemporary features and recreational amenities, including a pool/spa, yoga pavilion, boat dock, kayak and canoes, state of the art fitness, theater room, Wi-Fi throughout the clubhouse, limited-access gates and garage parking.
Having as its slogan “live out loud, come home to quiet,” The Preserve at Alafia combines contemporary architectural style with 1,200 feet of waterfront and 3,000 feet of frontage to a conservation area. Patriot Residential Management Services will be in charge of managing the apartment community.
Two more phases of the $100 million Alafia Crossing project will soon follow, boasting more than 60,000 square feet of mixed retail and office space and a 115-room full-service Holliday Inn with a conference center and restaurant. 40,000 square feet of retail space will be accommodated, also featuring casual dining and café-style coffee shops. The project also incorporates 20,000 square feet of contemporary office space, with 10,890 square feet on the ground floor for professional office/bank use and upstairs office space designated for doctors, dentists, accountants and financial advisors. Alafia Crossing, set for completion in fall 2012, will be conveniently located minutes away from the Crosstown Expressway, I-4, US 301 and US 41.
