Garden-Style Community Changes Hands in CT

HFF brokered the sale of Gull Harbor, an 80-unit community in New London that is part of a fractured condo property.

Gull Harbor New London LLC and Trio Properties LLC have sold Gull Harbor, an 80-unit multifamily community in New London, Conn. The asset, built in 1975, is part of a fractured condo property including 19 privately owned homes.

The community is located at 83 Mansfield Road, in the southern part of the city, halfway between Boston and New York City. The site is a seven-minute drive away from Ocean Beach Park, while Lawrence and Memorial hospitals, as well as the Pfizer corporate campus, are close by.

The property comprises one-bedroom units, between 600 and 625 square feet. The units provide private balconies, controlled access and air conditioning. Common-area amenities include on-site laundry and private parking.

HFF’s team, including directors Adam Dunn and Steven Rutman, brokered the sale on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.

Also in New London, The Tree Group recently sold off a 455-unit multifamily portfolio.
