Fountain Residential Partners Breaks Ground on Second Luxury Student Housing Community

Dallas—Fountain Residential Partners has broken ground on LoftVue, a student housing facility near Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. This will be their second student community in the area. Their first, called The Vue on University, is already 100 percent leased for the fall semester.
Similar to how The Vue was designed, LoftVue will feature 77 units with a total of 147 bedrooms, including one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations.
Like The Vue, LoftVue will feature many luxury amenities for its student residents. Suites will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, faux wood flooring and an electronic key system. Additionally, the units will include 10-foot ceilings, underground parking, 50-inch flat screen TVs, massaging showers, tile backsplashes, open cabinetry and loft-style design elements.
The community will also have on-site management, an H2O deck with cabanas, an outdoor living room with an outdoor fireplace and entertainment kitchen, a fitness center, clubhouse, study room and electric vehicle charging stations.
Why put luxury elements in their underclassmen facilities?
“Since freshmen and sophomores are required to live on campus, we conceived a smaller community with the higher level of amenities and finishes not available in the market that appeal to upperclassmen and graduate students,” Brent Little, president, Fountain Residential Partners, tells MHN about The Vue.
LoftVue was designed by Stuart Roosth Architects and is being constructed by Centerpoint Buildings. Grand Campus Living, which is also managing The Vue, is the property manager.
