FirstService Residential Appoints New VPs in Texas

The company welcomes three new members to its regional executive team.

DallasFirstService Residential recently appointed Mark Wendorf, Dehné Elliott and Michelle Malegni as vice presidents of its Texas division. Their expertise will help support the company’s business, talent and organizational development, as well as financial accounting.

With three decades of expertise in business and sales leadership, Wendorf joins the team as VP of business development. His professional track record includes experience in various areas, including government, IT, telecommunications and energy.

Holding organizational development experience and a background in tying financial metrics to HR performance, Elliott will hold the position of VP, human resources. She will lead HR strategies and programs in the recruitment, performance management, training, and leadership development areas.

Malegni joins the team as VP of client accounting, being responsible for the quality of financial services, along with leading strategy and improvements in the field of accounting. Malegni spent more than 14 years at ClubCorp, holding several financial and management leadership positions.
