Washington, D.C.—Enterprise Community Partners Inc. named Diane Yentel vice president of Public Policy. In her new role, Yentel will lead the teams responsible for the day-to-day activities that advance Enterprise’s policy and advocacy agenda.
Yentel joined Enterprise in 2011as a director of Public Policy and Government Affairs. She came most recently from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she served as director of the Public Housing Management and Occupancy Division and managed a team overseeing nationwide public housing policies, procedures and guidelines. Yentel also worked for over a decade developing and advocating for low-income housing policies and appropriations at organizations such as the National Low Income Housing Coalition, Oxfam America, the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless and as a community development Peace Corps volunteer.
Yentel is a graduate of the University of Texas-Austin and the State University of New York-Stony Brook.
