Empire EditLos Angeles-based developer Empire Property Group has completed Empire at Burton Way. The property offers 23 units on 9265 Burton Way in Beverly Hills, adjacent to the Viceroy L’Ermitage Hotel.

It is not a property for the budget-conscious. One-bedroom units start at $5,800, while two-bedrooms fetch at least $7,500. Each unit features floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and terraces, high ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers, and walk-in closets.
