Located at 711 NE 29th Street in Miami’s East Edgewater neighborhood, the 51-story waterfront high-rise is the result of a joint venture with New York-based investment firm GTIS Partners. Construction of Biscayne Beach is expected to get underway in spring 2014, with completion slated for 2016.
The announcement was made by Reid Boren, partner of Eastview Development. “We are very pleased to have added an accomplished executive of the caliber of Gregory Stepp to our deep bench of senior talent at Eastview,” said Boren. “Gregory’s knowledge and ‘best practice’ suggestions will only further our momentum in current and future real estate projects. His leadership will be extremely instrumental to our company.”

He has also proven his ability to perform time and time again on some of Miami’s most noteworthy projects, including Canyon Ranch Miami Beach, The Ponce De Leon Boulevard showroom for The Collection, The Brickell JW Marriott Hotel, The Santa Maria Condominium, and Grove Hill Tower.
