DoubleTree Makes OK City Debut

DoubleTree by Hilton has opened the brand’s first property in the capital city of Oklahoma.

Hilton Worldwide’s DoubleTree brand has made its debut in the capital city. Located at 4410 SW 19th St., the 134-key DoubleTree by Hilton Oklahoma City Airport is owned by Oklahoma’s Suenos L.L.C. and managed by Birmingham, Ala.-based HP Hotels Management Inc. The two companies also operate the Hilton Garden Inn North Quail Springs in the city.

The new DoubleTree, formerly a Cambria Suites, is undergoing extensive renovations that include architectural upgrades and updated furnishings. The hotel offers guests an indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, business center and on-site parking. Dining options include the Optima restaurant and River Run, a full-service bar. Additionally, business travelers can access more than 1,600 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.

Room amenities include LCD high-definition TVs, microwaves and refrigerators, ergonomic work stations, and free WiFi throughout the property.

DoubleTree’s first Oklahoma City property is located four miles from Will Rogers World Airport, and in close proximity to attractions like the Bricktown Entertainment District, White Water Bay Water Park, the Oklahoma Zoo and Chesapeake Arena. Also nearby are offices of Boeing, AT&T and Hobby Lobby, as well as the GE Research Center.
