Dominium has appointed Jeff Condit as vice president of property management. In his new role, he will manage the firm’s Texas portfolio, as well as future properties.

Condit has 12 years of property management and operations experience. He has worked as regional manager at United Apartment Group, regional vice president at The NRP Group and development manager for Shelter Corp. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at Foresight Asset Management, a position he had held since July 2018.

The newly appointed vice president received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. He is certified as a portfolio supervisor by the National Apartment Association, and as an occupancy specialist by the National Center for Housing Management. He has served as board member for the San Antonio and Texas Apartment Associations, as well as the Affordable Housing Management Association of South Texas.
