NorthMarq Supplies $16.84M Mortgage for Apartment Property

Omaha, Neb.--NorthMarq Capital has arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $16,840,200 for Tranquility Pointe Apartments.

Omaha, Neb.–John Reed, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha regional office, arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $16,840,200 for Tranquility Pointe Apartments, located at 4345 North 126th Court in Omaha, Neb.

Financing for the 230-unit apartment complex was based on a 10-year term with a 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower, Tranquility Pointe LLC, by NorthMarq through its affiliate, AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance LLC, a Fannie Mae DUS lender.
