Charles Dunn Co. Closes $2.15M Sale at Asking Price

Beverly Hills, Calif.–Hamid Soroudi and Cari Widman of Charles Dunn Company’s West Los Angeles office have closed a $2.15 million sale at 8730 Charleville Blvd.

The nine-unit multifamily property was sold as is for its asking price and closed escrow as promised. Soroudi represented the buyer, The Charleville, LLC. The seller, Parness Family Trust, was represented by Widman.

“Parness Family Trust wanted a buyer who was willing to meet the asking price in cash and close the escrow quickly and [Soroudi] had such a client,” says Widman. “Both parties are very happy.”

The Soroudi Group closed 15 escrows last year, a year that many real estate experts consider as the most difficult year in recent history, while transaction volume was down by 90 percent. The Soroudi Group has been focusing in brokerage investment real estate in Prime Westside for the past 30 years.
