The 80 percent LTV loan was structured at a 10-year term with three years of interest-only payments. The property is located at 8500 Granville Parkway, one block west of the intersection of 84th St. and Brentwood Dr. With easy access to I-80, the property is 10 minutes from the largest shopping center in Sarpy County.Developed on 15.07 acres, this 276-unit, garden-style community offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans averaging 970 sq. ft.
