- Aug 22, 2014
Nashville, Tenn.—Crescent Communities has announced the opening of its newest Nashville community, Crescent Cool Springs. The 252-unit luxury community is located in the city’s historic Franklin suburb, where Crescent has already developed about 1.4 million square feet of Class A office buildings. The new community is professionally managed by Greystar.
“We built Crescent Cool Springs in the midst of a dynamic area that combines the best of urban living and suburban charm,” says Ben Collins, vice president of the Carolinas and Tennessee for Crescent Communities’ multifamily group. “Residents are moving into Crescent Cool Springs and already enjoying the central location and luxury amenities within the community.”
The community offers units in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plan options, which include luxury finishes including granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, upscale vinyl wood flooring, stainless steel appliances and USB outlets.
Amenities include a state-of-the art fitness center with a dedicated CrossFit gym, cardio and strength training circuit with 19-inch screens and Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as an outdoor resort-style pool, outdoor fireplace and gas grilling areas for resident socializing. Other features include pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, nature trails and attached garages.
Historical Concepts provided the conceptual design for the community and Cline Design served as the project’s architect, with Littlejohn Engineering serving as the civil engineer. Vignette was tapped for interior design.
Located at Carothers Parkway and Resource Parkway off of Interstate 65, the community is in close proximity to an assortment of employers including Community Health Systems Inc., Nissan and Verizon Wireless, in addition to an assortment of retail, dining and cultural destinations.
Crescent Cool Springs is financed with equity from Crescent Communities and CNL Growth Properties Inc., and Pearl Street Partners LLC was selected as Crescent’s development consultant for the project. Construction financing is provided by Fifth Third Bank, with Summit Contractors serving as the general contractor.
