Coral Gables Luxury Condo Opens Its Doors

The 33-unit Giralda Place Residences is part of a mixed-use development combining residences, ground-floor retail and office space in downtown Coral Gables.

The developers of Giralda Place, a mixed-use project taking shape in downtown Coral Gables, Fla., have wrapped up construction on the development’s residential component. Dubbed Giralda Place Residences, the 33-unit condominium tower reached completion 26 months after breaking ground.

Located at 255-275 Giralda Ave., Giralda Place combines a mix of residences, ground-floor retail and office space. The property is adjacent to Giralda Plaza and Miracle Mile, two of the area’s major thoroughfares that underwent extensive improvements in 2017. The City of Coral Gables completed a multi-million-dollar transformation of both streetscapes to boost walkability.

Giralda Place residents will have access to a full-floor pool and leisure deck, fitness center, 24-hour concierge services and electric vehicle charging stations. Giralda Place Residences features one- to three-bedroom units, 11-foot ceilings in the living rooms and bedrooms, private balconies and custom Italian cabinetry.

Fullerton Group Architects designed the mixed-use development’s Mediterranean façade, while B+G Design Inc. worked on the project’s residential and commercial common areas. EWM Realty International is handling sales and marketing efforts at the property. The luxury condo tower is 45 percent sold.

“We believe each component of this development will positively contribute to the newfound energy flowing through ‘The City Beautiful’, bringing new residents and businesses to an area we have grown to admire and appreciate,” developer Cristo Brown said in a prepared statement.
