Climb Markets New Bay Area Apartments

Climb Real Estate has begun marketing a new 27-unit community in Point Richmond, Calif., known as The Point. Owner Integrated Property Co. finished construction work on the development earlier this year.

Located at 403 S. Garrard Blvd., The Point is located immediately next to the entrance to Interstate 580, offering easy access to downtown San Francisco, 15 miles away. The building sits within two miles of an upcoming ferry terminal which broke ground in November 2017 and is anticipated to begin serving commuters in late 2018, further connecting the area with downtown.

The apartment community includes amenities such as a roof deck with a fireplace, bicycle parking, and landscaped common areas. Parking is also available on-site. One- and two-bedroom units are available, and monthly rental prices ranges from $2,600 to $4,800. A hotel and a number of cafés and restaurants are all located within half a mile of the building.
