New York—The Empire State Building. The Chrysler Building. Manhattan is world-renowned for its skyscrapers. And now the tallest residential building is almost complete. Extell Development Company announced that sales have started for ONE57, a 90-story glass tower, which will rise 1,000 feet above Midtown Manhattan.
The building, designed by Christian de Portzamparc, will feature 95 luxury condominiums. It will be located above a Park Hyatt Hotel and feature views of Central Park and the New York skyline.
Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, a screening and performance space, on-site parking, swimming pool, private fitness center, yoga studio and a pet wash room.
