Pembroke Pines, Fla.—CBRE has announced that it has been selected as the exclusive marketing representative for the recently completed Altis at Sheridan Village in Pembroke Pines, Fla. The 300-unit Class AAA asset opened to residents in March 2014 and has since neared stabilized occupancy.
