Campus Advantage Appoints New CLO

In his new role, Dan Oltersdorf will oversee curriculum developments, while also establishing and implementing a variety of training approaches. The company also established a new Learning and Development department.

Campus Advantage promoted Dan Oltersdorf to the role of Chief Learning Officer. As CLO, he will oversee the newly established Learning and Development department, focusing on enhancing company-wide training opportunities.

His responsibilities will include overseeing curriculum developments, as well as establishing and implementing a variety of training approaches to ensure learning and development is directly tied to the company’s performance. Closely aligned with employee success metrics, the firm will also implement enhanced training opportunities in all departments.

In addition to his new role, Oltersdorf will continue to oversee Campus Advantage’s Students First program. His career at Campus Advantage began in 2003 and he has since been actively involved in Campus Advantage training initiatives.
