California Landmark Welcomes Renters to its New Westside Community

California Landmark Group unveiled its new Brentwood community, bw, which aims to attract bi-coastal travelling professionals and executives by offering services such as complimentary valet parking, in-home food delivery, turnkey furnishing, and hotel-like concierge services that are exclusive to residents.

Los Angeles—Renters in Los Angeles’ Westside neighborhood now have the opportunity to lease a luxury apartment with all the comforts of…a hotel.

California Landmark Group unveiled its new Brentwood community, bw, which aims to attract bi-coastal travelling professionals and executives by offering services such as complimentary valet parking, in-home food delivery, turnkey furnishing, and hotel-like concierge services that are exclusive to residents.

The feature amenity of the 78-unit community, located at Wilshire and Barrington, will be the ground-floor Röckenwagner Café, operated by local chef Hans Röckenwagner.  The café, which will offer in-home delivery to residents, is a sister restaurant to Röckenwagner’s 3 Square Café on Venice’s coveted Abbot Kinney Boulevard. It is expected to open November 15.

The floor plans housed by the glass-façade structure at the intersection of Wilshire and Barrington range in size from 700 to 1,500 square feet and feature upscale finishes such as Caesar stone countertops, Carerra marble kitchens and baths, and chic lighting, as well as in-home washer and dryers, high-end appliances and large windows.

A rooftop lounge with spa, fire pit and grilling area, along with an interactive lobby lounge with communal kitchen, a business center and state-of-the-art cardio and weight center round out the community’s amenities. The MTA’s Rapid Bus stops just a few yards from the entrance to bw.
