Bridge Investment Group has completed work on The Crossings of Chino Hills, a 346-unit luxury community in Chino Hills, Calif. The developer started construction in early 2017, backed by financing from East West Bank, per Yardi Matrix data. Wermers Multi-Family Corp. served as the general contractor for the project, according to the Chino Champion.

Located at 15101 Fairfield Ranch Road, the property’s 18 three-story buildings are just north of the Chino Valley Freeway. A variety of retail options are a short distance away, at the Commons at Chino Hills Shopping Center. The community contains a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with floorplans between 750 to 1,358 square feet. Amenities include electric car-charging stations, a dog park, rentable storage room, a yoga room and a soccer field.

The Crossings is only the second major delivery in the Chino/Chino Hills submarket in the past 12 months, following the February opening of Lewis Group’s 324-unit The Santa Barbara. The limited new supply in the metro is one factor increasing rents faster than the national average, per the latest Yardi Matrix report about the Inland Empire’s multifamily market.
